Product Key LookUp
This look up tool is only available for registered users who have purchased the software. This form will look up your unlock code and email it to you.
Type your purchase e-mail address
You must enter the same email address you used when you purchased the software. If you forgot the email, address you used keep trying until you guess the correct email address.
If your email has changed, notify support , and include your original email receipt (proof of purchase) with your request.
If you no longer have your receipt, we can manually Look up your purchase record (fee)

No, when we emailed your receipt, you we're notified to save and print the receipt with your unlock code. We also provide a look up form above. If these are no use to you, you will need to order a manual lookup for a fee. |

How do I unlock the Software? |

When a valid unlock code is entered in the trial version software, it is unlocked, and becomes the FULL version without any limitations. There is no seperate program to download.
To unlock the trial version, launch the software and click on
Registration --> Unlock.
Be sure to COPY/PASTE your unlock code in the box to avoid mistyped characters. iF YOU ENTER IN THE EXACT CODE, it will work. If you mistype the code, it WILL NOT WORK.
